Pictured here are Kai and Simon ready for their donations to go in the mail. As part of their business innovations course, each developed a business plan for a small business. They came up with their own product, advertised and ran the business during school hours and unlike most small businesses each turned a profit. Kai’s profits of $80.00 will go to the Red Cross for fire relief (which actually turns in $240 with the provincial and federal government matching donations) and Simon’s profit of $25 directed to Spirit of Hope Dog Rescue. Awesome job guys!

Very exciting times in Grade 1/2 as we watch the life cycle of Painted Lady Butterflies! Shown here….caterpillar to a ‘J’ to a chrysalis….and in about 10 days, the butterflies will emerge! ❤️
