Mental Illness Awareness Week (MIAW) is an annual national public education campaign designed to help open the eyes of Canadians to the reality of mental illness. The week was established by the Canadian Psychiatric Association, and is now coordinated by the Canadian Alliance on Mental Illness and Mental Health (CAMIMH) in cooperation with all its member organizations and many other supporters across Canada

It was a fantastic day at Cross Country! Lots of smiles, a fantastic cheering section and a great effort from the whole group! We had 8 students finish in the top 10 in their categories!
Grad 9-12 Hike on Centennial Trail in Whiteshell Provincial Park! 11km of wilderness for these students today! Gotta love our outdoor education program!

Varsity girls won 3-1 sets in an amazing effort and hard fought sets, the varsity boys lost 1-3 however for their first game back it was an amazing effort and they played hard!
